Inauguration Sale
Although I am not an American, I will be watching tv this evening. I think it is important to stay on top of things that happen in the world, and I do feel this is an important moment in history. In the Netherlands we have a queen, so we already know her son is going to be taking over the throne when she will retire. No tension, no elections, no fuzz. I didn't follow the elections in America that close, just knew who the candidates were but that's it.
I am not going to make any political statements, because I am not an American citizen and am not very interested in politics. But when I watched the concert and heard people speak about the times to come, it gave me goose bumps and made me teary-eyed. Ow, and I LOVE the American national song. I am a speed-skate fan (hey, Dutch right ;)) but was happy to see Shani Davis win last weekend in Moskow. Simon Kuipers was third, so we got our medal LOL.
Ok, to cut the story short (you see, I am feeling way better then yesterday, I am already sitting downstairs again!): we at GroovyScraps are having an Inauguration sale. We chose some products to sell for only $1. I myself chose a couple (a lot!) of full kits, check here! My sale is going on til Saturday!!
