Ooh, a real challenge!
Jaya contacted me about a challenge on her blog, and I just had to participate!
Here are the challenge instructions: Go to your photo folder in your computer. Go to the 6th folder of photos. Go to the sixth picture. Put the picture on your blog and description of it. Invite six friends to join the challenge. Link them in your blog and let them know they have been challenged.
I'll do the first part, but I've never been good at the pass-it-on thing when it comes to blogs... so sorry Jaya, I'll break the chain! :(
But here's my pic (let me look...)

Since I organise my pictures in monthly folders, this is a picture taken when Leonie was 6 months. I don't know how other parents think about this, but we waited until Leonie was 6 months old, before we introduced any other food then breastmilk. So this was one of the first things she ate in stead of drank! It's an apple, in case it isn't clear (and it's a really bad picture, if I might say so! LOL)
Thanks Jaya!!
Btw: what about my new blog-look? Please let me know what you think!

about a thing called love
I was inspired, and boy, do I love being inspired! I was watching a movie, about love ;), and when it was finished I had all these ideas in my head. And this is what came out: A Thing Called Love!
And this is the first preview with my new designer name on it! I got me some new preview and logo, made by Janine from FoxyDesigns. She sells awesome previews, go check out here!
Well, what do you think? What? You think I need a blog-makeover with the new designer name? Well, yes, I think so too LOL! Please give me twice as much hours in a day, and spring, to get rid of all the coughs and runny noses!!! I promise you a new blog, a new banner, a new blinkie, and lots more products (that last one is something I can do real soon LOL), I just don't know when ;)
And for reading through all my blabla, you'll get a freebie QP with this new kit!

Inauguration Sale
Although I am not an American, I will be watching tv this evening. I think it is important to stay on top of things that happen in the world, and I do feel this is an important moment in history. In the Netherlands we have a queen, so we already know her son is going to be taking over the throne when she will retire. No tension, no elections, no fuzz. I didn't follow the elections in America that close, just knew who the candidates were but that's it.
I am not going to make any political statements, because I am not an American citizen and am not very interested in politics. But when I watched the concert and heard people speak about the times to come, it gave me goose bumps and made me teary-eyed. Ow, and I LOVE the American national song. I am a speed-skate fan (hey, Dutch right ;)) but was happy to see Shani Davis win last weekend in Moskow. Simon Kuipers was third, so we got our medal LOL.
Ok, to cut the story short (you see, I am feeling way better then yesterday, I am already sitting downstairs again!): we at GroovyScraps are having an Inauguration sale. We chose some products to sell for only $1. I myself chose a couple (a lot!) of full kits, check here! My sale is going on til Saturday!!

Change of plans...
So much to do, so many plans, and then flue kicks in... It's really bad here, lots of sick children at my school en in my class, so it got me too. Bummer!!
I had my laptop with me in bed today, but my EHD with all my goodies on it was downstairs. So I did some creating, but I didn't have everything I needed to work on the new kit i.e. (boy, I seriously need a back-up!!) So this is what I came up with, a mini-kit full with bright colors. Can I order some SPRING please?
Yes, I know, this is still my old preview :( You will find my new name in my TOU included LOL (for those Sherlock Holmes wannabees) Click preview to download!!

Mumure goodie

This QP is made with Mumure's part of the United Scraps 4 Taggers collab. You can check the entire kit here. Download the QP by clicking the preview!
I have some exciting news to share with you: I'm going to change my designing name! I thought I needed a new preview. And then I thought, if I'm getting a new one, I might as well change my name. And then I thought: if I change them, I'm going to need a new banner, a new blinkie, a new blog, a new TOU.... *sigh*
AND I'm working on a new kit. Normally I design quite fast, but this time the ideas keep coming and I can't seem to finish it! If only there were more hours in a day... *sigh again*
Well, I won't reveal it all in once. I hope to be able to finish this kit this weekend. It's going to be called Like the Rainbow, it will be a multi purpose kit, with styles, alpha, date-pack, lots of every day elements, and I'm thinking of including patterns. If I can finish that kit, you can see my new preview. And then I will reveal my new name too!! Woohoooo!!!

Intensity - 1-kit-call!
I'll first let the previews do the talking ;)

And now some detailed images of the kit:

If you want to read a detailed description, you can click the images. They will take you directly to the GroovyScraps store. But if you already like what you see: I am having a one-kit-CT call for this kit!
My plan is this: I need a couple of scrappers to create a layout with this kit. If you want this kit for free, just apply, create your layout(s), upload them to 3 galleries (DST being one of them) and send me the links. I need the layouts before January 17th. You can apply by leaving a comment with your e-mail addy, or mail me at biebels1 [at] gmail [dot] com.
